I WANTED TO MENTION SOME INFORMATION WITH REGARDS TO ORANGE COUNTY AND THE COVID-19 SCENARIO THE SITUATION IS, SOME GOOD NEWS AND I GUESS SOME BAD NEWS THAT IS WITH REGARDS TO THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE THAT ARE GETTING TESTED HAS INCREASED ANAHEIM CONVENTION CENTER WAS OPEN AS A DRIVE-THROUGH CENTER THAT OPERATES WEDNESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY THEY CAN HANDLE AS MUCH AS A THOUSAND INDIVIDUALS ON A DAILY BASIS SO THAT’S HELPING INCREASE THE AMOUNT OF TESTING CAPABILITIES IN THE COUNTY WE ARE AT A 8.9% POSITIVE TEST RATE WHICH MEANS WE ARE STILL ABOVE THE STANDARD THAT ARE BEING SET BY THE STATE AND THE COUNTY WHICH IS THEY WANT US TO BE BELOW 8% IN THE COUNTY AND WE’RE AT 8.9% THAT IS A DROP THAT’S GOOD NEWS I WANTED TO MENTION LAST WEEK WE WERE AT 9.1 AND 9.3 A WEEK BEFORE THAT OUR NUMBERS HOWEVER WITH REGARDS TO ACTUAL POSITIVITY OF CASE RATES IS AT 125 CASES PER 100 ,000 THE GOAL IS TO GET THAT DOWN TO BE FLAT BASICALLY SO THEIR SCALE BASICALLY TO BE AT 25 CASES PER 100,000 WE STILL HAVE A WAYS TO GO BUT AGAIN THAT NUMBER HAS COME DOWN DRAMATICALLY AS MUCH AS TWO WEEKS AGO WE WERE IN THE 200 WAS IN THAT CATEGORY AGAIN, POSITIVE NEWS WE’RE MOVING IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION THE OTHER POSITIVE NEWS I WANTED TO MENTION WAS THE HOSPITALIZATION RATE ONE OF THE CRITICAL FACTORS THAT PEOPLE HAVE BEEN WATCHING IS SEEING WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE INCREASING HOSPITALIZATION RATE IN THE THREE-DAY AVERAGE THAT THEY PRODUCED YESTERDAY, WE HAVE SEEN ACTUALLY 8.6% DECREASE IN OUR HOSPITALIZATION RATE IN ORANGE COUNTY WHAT THAT REALLY MEANS IS THAT THERE’S MORE BED CAPACITY SO WE’RE AT 35% OF OUR ICU CAPACITY AND WE HAVE 54% CAPACITY WITH REGARDS TO VENTILATORS BOTH OF THOSE NUMBERS ARE BETTER THAN WHAT WAS REPORTED TWO WEEKS AGO SO WE’RE SEEING A GOOD TREND DOWNWARD IN THAT SENSE NEGATIVE NEWS I HAVE RELATIVE TO COVID OBVIOUSLY IS STILL AROUND, IT’S STILL PREVALENT AND I EN COURAGE PEOPLE TO WEAR THEIR MASKS WHEN THEY’RE OUTSIDE MOST IMPORTANTLY OUR CASES ARE UP IN LAGUNA WOODS WE WERE AT — IN THE 30-39 WE’RE NOW AT 41 CASES FOR THE COMMUNITY OF LAGUNA WOODS NOT JUST VILLAGE BUT THE WHOLE CITY OF LAGUNA WOODS UNFORTUNATELY I CAN’T — I DON’T HAVE THAT INFORMATION BUT WE ARE SEEING A STEADY GROWTH IN THAT NUMBER UNFORTUNATELY SO AGAIN ADVISING OUR RESIDENTS TO BE SAFE OUT THERE, WATCH YOUR SOCIAL DISTANCING CAN WEAR YOUR MASK, EVERYTHING HELPS TO MOVE- I DO WANT TO SAY CONGRATULATIONS TO THE PEOPLE IN THE VILLAGE AND OUR COMMUNITY, AT 41 EVEN THOUGH SEEING GROWTH SPURT, GRADUAL GROWTH SPURT BEER STILL ONE OF THE LOWEST NUMBERS, ACTUAL NUMBERS WE’RE IN THE TOP FIVE OF HAVING THE LOWEST RATE OF ALL OF TH COMMUNITIES IN ORANGE COUNTY I DO WANT TO THANK ALL RESIDENTS AND BOAD MEMBERS AND EVERYBODY FOR KEEPING THE COMMUNITY SAFE, APPRECIATE THE STAFF AND THEIR WORK THAT THEY’RE DOING IN THE SAME MANNER, THAT I’LL TURN OVER TO SIOBHAN I DON’T KNOW IF SHE HAS ADDITIONAL ITEMS FOR YOU TODAY >> THANK YOU, JEFF HONORABLE PRESIDENT, MY PRIVILEGE TO GIVE UPDATES THIS MORNING FIRST OFF I WANT TO EXTEND A WARM WELCOME TO OUR NEW BOARD MEMBERS, GOOD TO HAVE YOU ON BOARD YESTERDAY SOME CHANGES WENT INTO AFFECT OUR COMMERCIAL BUS ROUTE NUMBER TWO IS BACK IN SERVICE AND ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDING, REQUEST STOP ONLY ON ROUTE TWO COMMERCIAL ROUTE ONE NOW CAN DELETE STOP AT THE ADMINISTRATION BUILDING AS WELL AS THE — THESE ARE TO BE MODIFICATIONS AND NOT PERMANENT CHANGES AT THIS POINT IN TIME ALSO PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE COMPLETION OF GATE 11 SECURITY ENHANCEMENT

IN REGARDS TO THE CORRECT — THAT DIALOGUE HAS BEEN HAD AND THE COMMITTEE AT THAT TIME AGREED THAT THIS WAS A BEST CASE SCENARIO SOLUTION TO IMPLEMENTING A FEE TO RECOVER SOME OF THE COSTS, ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE RESERVATIONS OF ROLL OVERS ALSO THE MARKETING THAT THE CLUB CAN PARTAKE IN SUCH AS GOING ON TV6 AND DISTRIBUTING ALL THE FLYERS TO THE CLUBHOUSES THAT WAS PART OF THE DISCUSSION OF COURSE FURTHER DISCUSS THAT AS WE GO ALONG HERE BUT THAT WAS PART OF THE DIALOGUE THAT IS WHAT THE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDED AND APPROVED >> THANK YOU DOES THAT ANSWER YOUR QUESTION? >> YEAH, IT ANSWERS THE YES, YEAH >> OKAY, THANK YOU >> I’D LIKE TO MAKE ONE MORE COMMENT ABOUT REVENUE NEUTRAL STUFF YOU HAVE TO REALIZE WHEN THIS — WE — [ INAUDIBLE ] THIS IS THE FIRST YEAR THAT — >> BURT, YOU WERE NEXT >> I’M JUST AGREEING WITH JAMES I THINK WE NEED TO RELOOK AT THIS THING SEE WHETHER OR NOT WE CAN BRING IT TO A REVENUE NEUTRAL RATHER THAN AS A LOSS >> WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY REVENUE NEUTRAL? NO? NO MORE DISCUSSION [ INAUDIBLE ] >> I DIDN’T HEAR YOU >> I PUT COMMENTS IN THE CHAT BOX I WAS WONDERING — ARE WE NOT USING THE CHAT BOX TO INDICATE WE WANT TO MAKE A COMMENT? >> OKAY JOHN, PLEASE >> ALL RIGHT I JUST WANTED TO SHARE WITH JIM THAT HE’S NOW ON THREE COMMITTEES THAT WILL BE LOOKING

AT THIS AS WE MOVE FORWARD ACTIVITIES COMMITTEE, STRATEGIC PLAN, FINANCE, THAT WILL BE FOLDED INTO THE ANALYSIS OF THE VARIOUS ACTIVITIES AND CLUBS AND BUDGET PROCESS MOVING FORWARD COMMENTS AR GREAT WE’VE GOT TO TAKE A BIG STEP BACK LOOK AT THE MORE GLOBAL PICTURE >> OKAY IF THERE ARE NO MORE COMMENTS, ALL THOSE IN FAVOR OF ADOPTING THIS RESOLUTION WE HAVE ONE TWO, THREE FOUR, FIVE SIX THE MOTION PASSES DO YOU HAVE THAT COUNT, GRANT? >> I HAVE EVERYBODY EXCEPT FOR DIRECTOR HOPKINS AND DIRECTOR STEVENS >> I’M ASSUMING THAT THEY OBJECT ?
